We have stopped sending printed invoices on most orders in an effort to use less paper even if it is 100% FSC sourcing and recyclable. If you need a printed invoice, just let me know.

U.S. orders are shipped via Small Package Ground via Canada Post or Expedited depending on size and weight .

Canadian orders are shipped regular post.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: ( Oceanie, Australia, New Zeland..)
Please be advised the shipping is quoted for ground service that means by Surface. Canada Post publishes that it may take up to 4 to 9 weeks to arrive. But based on our experience it can take as long as 12 weeks for destinations like ( Oceanie, Australia, New Zeland .... Faster Air Shipment is also available, just mail me to inquire about the shipping fees and you can pay the difference by paypal. You will received your Order in 2 weeks on average by Air Mail. Tracking number is also available at extra cost.

We are not responsible if you don't receive your order or if it's lost during transit. That's why we encourage you seriously to choose the shipping by mail or better with tracking number.You can pay the difference by paypal. 

Note: we cannot be responsible for items detained or destroyed in customs. We cannot refund. Please look into your country's customs regulations before ordering.
